3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you must notify Charmzy within 48 hours of delivery.
To process the claim, customers may be required to provide:
- Order number
- Clear photographs of the product and packaging
- Description of the issue
If approved, Charmzy may offer:
- A replacement product
- A full or partial refund
- Repair services where applicable
Charmzy reserves the right to determine the appropriate remedy.
4. Return Process
To initiate a return:

- Provide your order number and reason for return.
- Wait for return authorization and instructions.
- Ship the product to the designated return address.
Unauthorized returns may be refused.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Charmzy is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments and recommends using trackable shipping services.
5. Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, Charmzy will notify the customer of the approval or rejection of the refund request.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–14 business days, depending on banking or payment provider processing times.
Refunds may be reduced or denied if:
